Every engagement runs in three phases.
We start with Discovery — a structured two-to-three-week exercise that confirms every data source in your stack, profiles each system technically, and maps every constraint the architecture needs to work within. Discovery closes with a stage gate: proceed, proceed with conditions, or pause. No assumptions carried forward unchallenged.
From there, we design and build the architecture — unified customer records, lead intelligence surfaced inside Close, and a reporting layer your leadership team can actually trust.
For clients who want to stay ahead of the problem, we offer an ongoing retainer with a named architect who knows your stack and your roadmap.
